Screen-Free Week is 7 days all about taking a break from digital entertainment and spending more time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and being more active and creative. Sometimes it's easy to forget that there are other things to do besides spend time with our devices, or it has just become a habit to use them, so this international celebration helps to remind us to step away from our screens to do other things.
